5 year warranty

Härkila makes top quality products that stand both the test of time and the test of the elements. To back this up, we have created the Härkila 5 Year Warranty for specific products in our Wildboar Pro and Pro Hunter series.

Below you’ll find details about what the warranty covers.

Before being put into production, every single Härkila product goes through extensive testing, especially the extremely durable Pro Hunter and Wildboar series which are covered by the 5 Year Warranty. Every batch of fabric is looked through for flaws before being used, and from every shipment we have samples for retesting and checking.

We know the importance of quality, especially in the environments and situations hunters face.

But should you end up with a product with faults in the materials or the technical production, the 5 Year Warranty program is an extention of the standard 2 year warranmty and insures the product so you can file a claim and the product will either be repaired or exchanged.

The warranty applies no matter where you buy the product, so you will always have the quality guaranteed.

WHAT DOES THE 5 YEAR WARRANTY COVER?

The warranty covers specifically:

• All production and material fault in the 5 year warranty period
• Production error (like weak/bad sewing)
• Material fault (like weaving errors)
• Any fault on the GORE-TEX® membrane

The warranty does not cover:

• Self-inflicted damage like holes because of normal tear and wear, barbwire, burn holes caused by sparks from fireplace etc.
• Material leaks due to holes.
• Damage cause by lack of, or wrong maintenance.
• Peeling textiles.
• Items not filed timely as sewing developing and are no longer repairable but could have been repair if filed when fault occurred.
