VETTED VINTAGE is a collection of pre-owned vintage items that all have been scrutinized and approved by our experts. Pass on your durable gear and receive credit towards your next purchase or choose from our selection of curated one-of-a-kind pre-owned styles. All VETTED VINTAGE items are professionally cleaned, mended if needed and come with the same two-year warranty as our new Härkila products.

WHO´S ELIGIBLE FOR A TRADE-IN?
To trade in your used Härkila clothes and receive a credit voucher, you must be a member of our Härkila Pro Hunter society. You can register or log in during the trade-in process.
HOW DO I TRADE IN MY USED HÄRKILA CLOTHING?
Trade-ins are mailed directly to us. We will provide you with a shipping label to print and attach to your package. We ship with DHL, our preferred shipping transporter.
WILL I GET CREDIT FOR EVERYTHING I SEND IN?
To determine the credit value of your used gear, start by registering your item. This step will provide you with the exact value of what your gear is worth.
WHAT TYPES OF GARMENTS ARE ELIGIBLE?
We accept jackets, trousers, waistcoats, sweaters and fleeces that have an attached care label with a KO/PO number.
What we don’t accept:
· Items ripped beyond repair
· Products missing the care label
· Products without a KO number on the care label
· T-shirts, base layers, socks, footwear, belts, hats, gloves and bags
WHAT CONDITION SHOULD MY GARMENT BE IN?
Consider if your item is in good enough condition that you would feel comfortable purchasing it yourself or lending to a friend. We take care of minor repairs, such as small holes, broken zippers and missing buttons. This makes it easier for our team to process your trade-in and get your gear back in play as quickly as possible. Please note, that garments with customizations or alterations cannot be accepted for trade-in. And remember to check your pockets!
Traded products that are damaged beyond repair will be responsibly recycled.
ARE PRODUCTS CLEANED BEFORE BEING RESOLD?
We ensure each garment is cleaned before resale. If your item looks like it’s been on one too many adventures, please give it a quick clean-up before sending it in.
HOW DO VETTED VINTAGE PRODUCTS DIFFER FROM OTHER HÄRKILA PRODUCTS?
To be considered a Vetted Vintage piece, the clothing either comes from customer returns or trade-ins when hunters no longer have use for them. We “vet” each piece to make sure the clothing is functional and ready to go back out into the field where it belongs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Each item you find on Vetted Vintage is unique and has its own story to tell. Returns on second-hand products are fully refundable. Being one-of-a-kind, we don’t offer an exchange option for another size or color. Contact Härkila Sales Support for further questions.
TRADE-IN CREDIT
Eligible items will earn you a credit voucher that can be used exclusively at Harkila.com.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Please be aware that once items are sent to us, they will not be returned to you. Ensure you are willing to part with the items before sending them. If an item received is too damaged to resell or without garment tags, we will responsibly recycle the item. Inspect your gear and make sure that what you’re sending us is in good condition.
SHIPPING
We will provide you with a shipping label to print. We recommend using a traceable shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost during transit.
