Härkila Vetted Vintage - Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Härkila VETTED VINTAGE™ program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility of Clothing: Only clothing items with a KO/PO number and an attached care label will be accepted for trade-in. Please ensure these identifiers are present before sending your items.
Condition of Clothing: We accept jackets, trousers, waistcoats, fleeces and sweaters in good working condition. Please inspect your gear for quality assurance before sending it to us.
Ineligible Items: This program does not accept socks, footwear, T-shirts, bags and accessories. Please do not send these items as they will not be processed for trade-in credit.
Trade-In Credit: Eligible items will earn you credit that can be used exclusively at Härkila.com. Details regarding the amount of credit and how it can be used will be provided once your items are processed.
Non-Returnable Items: Please be aware that once items are sent to us, they will not be returned to you. (This includes ineligible items from our list above.) Ensure you are willing to part with the items before sending them.
Shipping: We will provide you with a pre-paid DHL shipping label. We recommend using a traceable shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost during transit.
Returns and claim: In case of claims and returns of second-hand items, contact us via email at [email protected]. As second-hand items are unique pieces, they cannot be exchanged for another size or color. The product will be refunded according to Härkila’s standard return policy.
