The Pro Hunter Ridge 2.0 GTX boots are an improved version of our very hardest wearing hunting boots. Despite being tall and high-quality leather boots, they are surprisingly light, very comfortable and have a medium-stiff sole that provides good support. Their height not only provides exemplary support on uneven terrain, but also protection from the wet in swampland. The boots have a field-tested, waterproof GORE-TEX membrane and are designed and manufactured in Europe. We stand behind their quality. Description

The Pro Hunter Ridge 2.0 GTX boots weigh only around 770 g per boot, despite their height and durable leather construction. They have a tall, 11”/28 cm shaft and a standard-width last. The Pro Hunter Ridge 2.0 GTX boots have a waterproof GORE-TEX Ultimate membrane, which is stronger and more hardwearing than membranes of the past. The boot’s stitching is also reinforced, and the fit has been improved. During manufacture, all boot membranes are tested in a waterbath, to ensure they are waterproof. We then perform a 30-minute centrifuge test on a 5% sample of total boot production, as a further guarantee that the membrane is of the highest possible quality. The boot’s upper is made from nubuck leather, and the soles are in semi-stiff Vibram® Campus, which ensures good grip. The midsoles of the boots are shock-absorbing, for long-distance walking comfort even on very rugged ground. They are reinforced with full-length rands made from an extra robust material. The boots also have a steel eye for attaching gaiters, to prevent wear to the laces.
