Terms and Conditions for Härkila Pro Hunter Society Version 1.0

These Terms and Conditions are effective from 23 January 2023 and are the first version of the Terms and Conditions for Härkila Member Club.

Härkila's member club is a benefit programme that offers the following advantages

Extended warranty: 5 years warranty on all registered products (applies to products purchased after 1/1-2021 and which are registered at “My Härkila”)

Creating a membership

It is free to create an account at www.harkila.com.

The creation of a Härkila Pro Hunter account is conditional upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of membership of the Härkila Members Club and your consent to Härkila sending newsletters relating to membership and also marketing of Härkila products. This consent can be withdrawn at any time by using the link at the bottom of the newsletters. If you withdraw your consent, you can no longer be a member of the Härkila Pro Hunter Society.

Newsletters

  • Membership emails: notification of changes to membership terms, including new benefits or new membership opportunities.
  • E-mails with offers on products within Härkila's range, tips for product care, hunting-related content and occasional offers from our external partners (You will only receive e-mails from Härkila).
  • Emails with offers, promotions, competitions, reminders of unfinished baskets and other emails based on your behaviour on www.harkila.com.

By creating an account, you consent to us building a member profile for the purpose of providing you with a personalised user experience in our webshop - including personalised product recommendations and offers.

Once you have accepted the terms and conditions of Härkila's member club and your account has been created, you will be registered as a member. We store and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


 After you have created an account, we will send you a welcome email with information about your membership and an introduction to the Härkila Pro Hunter Society.

Once you have created an account on www.harkila.com, you can log in with your e-mail and self-selected password via the icon/link in the top right corner of the website. Once logged in, you will see the following tabs:

Here you can get an overview of your recent orders as well as other information from Härkila's member club, any personal offers and other inspiration.

Purchases

Here you can see all your previous and active orders as well as the status of delivery. You can use "track and trace" here. This is also the place where you can register your products and obtain the extended 5-year warranty that comes with your membership. Products purchased online at www.harkila.com are automatically registered. Products purchased from a retailer must be registered under "my purchases". Follow the online instructions.

My Account

On this page you can correct your contact details and user data. This is also where you delete your account. Please note that deleting your account deletes all your user data, purchase history, registered products and extended warranty. NOTE. A deleted user account cannot be restored.
In addition, unsubscribe from all newsletters.

Changes in membership conditions

We are constantly working to develop the best membership programme and therefore reserve the right to change the terms of membership and any future subscriptions - including changes to membership benefits, such as phasing out benefits and introducing new benefits.

Significant changes to Härkila's membership programme will be notified in writing to the specified email with 1 month's notice. To ensure that you receive essential information about your membership, it is important that you keep your contact details up to date under "My Profile".

 If you do not wish to accept changes to your membership, you always have the option to delete your account and therefore your membership before "material changes" take effect.

Unsubscribe

If you no longer wish to be a member of Härkila's member club, you can delete your account under "My profile". Please note that deleting your account deletes all your user data, purchase history, registered products and extended warranty. NOTE. A deleted user account cannot be restored.
